We are a congregation of people who just like to kick back and watch anime. With a relaxed atmosphere, we have a range of people from hard core anime fans to the newcomer trying out something new. We meet every Friday night, from 7:00-9:30 pm in Room M137, and have marathons at the end of every quarter.

This is the life. It's incredibly easy to access campus resources such as the library, classrooms, food services and athletic facilities. As a member of the Rose-Hulman community, you'll be surrounded by students taking the same classes as you, and as a result, are likely facing many of the same challenges. Students who live on campus have statistically higher GPAs compared to students who live off campus over the recent years.

At Rose-Hulman, all freshmen are required to live on campus, but many of our upperclass students choose to stay in the residence halls as well. If you live on campus, you will also have fewer distractions since everything is provided for you here. Focus is key to success at Rose-Hulman. But most of all, living on campus is fun! The goal of this team is to offer engineering, electrical design, and software development challenges within a small-scale agile-development environment to Rose-Hulman students interested in robotics. This team is unique because of its agile development cycle as well as its small team environment. Some of the most successful VEXU teams compete with only 8-12 members, and this smaller format ensures that everyone who wants to contribute can contribute without crowding out others.

The Rose-Hulman VEXU team will grant its members unique opportunities to work on small groups to adapt new technologies to the team's robots. The VEXU competition offers fairly limitless possibilities with electronics and part fabrication, as well as a changing competition each year. This gives our members an abundance of opportunities to develop custom sensors, object recognition and tracking algorithms with cameras, complex position tracking algorithms, fully-custom components, and more! The team encourages any member who wants to experiment with a new technology to take the idea and run with it to further their knowledge and open the team's eyes to new possibilities.
