The club's mission is to provide a safe place for students to learn martial disciplines for fitness, self-defense, personal growth, and recreation. The purpose of this organization shall be to promote the sport of badminton on campus so that it is accessible to all students, staff, and faculty. RBC is open to beginners, and coaching people who are new to the sport is a major motivation for the club. Students will receive the chance to play at the intramural level, visit other colleges to play competitively, and participate in club tournaments. Rose-Hulman has a diverse community of students; the club aims to make this internationally-played sport an integral part of campus.

Our mission to gather Rose-Hulman student mountain bikers in order to
ÔÇó Build and expand interest in the mountain biking culture among Rose-Hulman students.
ÔÇó Take advantage of the resources provided by and around Vigo County Indiana and elsewhere. Places such as: Griffin Bike Park, Brown County State Park, Hoosier National Forest, Kickapoo State Park, and Shawnee National Forest.
ÔÇó Provide safe riding environments, training, and opportunities by organizing riding groups and supplying first aid equipment.
ÔÇó Construct and fund a mountain biking team to compete and represent RHIT in mountain bike events and competitions.
ÔÇó Provide funding for group admission costs, spare parts/equipment, and safety gear/equipment.
ÔÇó Organize social and training events around mountain biking and related activities.
ÔÇó Share information about RHIT with community members and others through mountain biking and affiliated activities.
