Join the Union & Student Activities Office on a 7-day/6-night "Spring Break in the Netherlands and Iceland" Tour. This fully escorted, private tour will take place from Saturday, April 11 - Saturday, April 18, 2026, and includes a day excursion through the Dutch countryside to the historic town of Delft and overnight stays Amsterdam and Reykjavic. Our itinerary includes active adventures, great food, beautiful scenery, and interesting tours highlighting the history and unique culture of these two amazing countries.

Saturday, April 11
Depart campus via shuttle bus to Chicago O'Hare Airport
Overnight flight from Chicago O'Hare to Amsterdam via Reykjavik

Sunday, April 12
Arrive Amsterdam, Netherlands
Hotel Check-in, Local Tour, Free Time

Monday, April 13
Guided "Historic Amsterdam" Walking Tour + Guided Canal Boat Tour + Lunch/Dutch Specialties + Stroopwafel Dessert + Visit to Jordan Neighborhood + Free Time To Explore Amsterdam On Your Own

Tuesday, April 14
Private Excursion through the Dutch Countryside: Zaanse Schans Windmills + Tulip Fields/Gardens + Lunch + Guided "Delft Highlights" Walking Tour + Return to Amsterdam for Evening to Explore

Wednesday, April 15

Depart Reykjavik
Shutte bus from O'Hare back to campus.

Payment Information
The total cost of the trip is $3680 plus $150 airport shuttle (from campus to Chicago O'Hare and then from Chicago O'Hare back to campus).

Deposit:  $500 deposit is due November 15, 2025.
Payment 1:  $1590 is due by December 7, 2025.
Payment 2: $1590 is due by January 6, 2026.
Airport Shuttle Payment: $150 is due by April 1, 2026.

The cost of the trip includes:
  • Roundtrip airline tickets between the U.S. and Reykjavich
  • All ground transportation in the Netherlands and Iceland - train/and or private bus charter
  • All hotel accommodations (double occupancy, 3-star+ hotels).
  • Full-time tour leader in the Netherlands
  • Driver-Guide, Local Tourist Guide in Iceland
  • City tours provided by licensed local tour guides
  • All tourist attractions/entry fees/activites 
  • Daily hotel breakfast
