Come discover the how breath and sound can help you regulate your day. Join Jaclynn Cooper of Simplified Wellness Solutions for this special Take a Break. We do ask that you bring your own blanket or yoga mat with you to the session. Due to the nature of this session, you must arrive on-time and commit to the full hour, as late arrivals and early departures hinder the experience for other participants. You must also be pre-register as space is limited.
