NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION
New Student Orientation is an exciting program designed to welcome incoming first-year and transfer students to the Rose-Hulman community. By arriving on campus ahead of returning students, you will have dedicated time to connect with others and learn about the resources available to support your success at Rose-Hulman. Just as important, you will have opportunities to build friendships and have a lot of fun—and we have made sure to include plenty of time for that.
New Student Orientation begins with Move-In at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, August 28, and concludes on Wednesday, September 2. Classes begin on Thursday, September 3.
PARENT AND FAMILY ORIENTATION
Parent and Family Orientation begins with Move-In at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, August 28, and concludes at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29. New students, along with their parents and family members, are invited to participate in a variety of programs and events throughout these two days.
We look forward to welcoming all new students and their families in August!
Please note that while most events are open to everyone, some are specifically designated for certain audiences:
- (S) indicates events for students only
- (P/F) indicates events for parents and families only
Additionally, the orientation schedule is subject to change throughout the summer.
