Many employers will be conducting on-campus interviews following the career fair. If an employer is interested in speaking with you further, they may invite you to interview the day after the Career Fair. Be prepared by bringing extra copies of your resume, dressing professionally, and practice your interview skills. This is a great opportunity to turn a career fair conversation into a potential job or internship offer!
